My research indicates many corporations do not do a good job in employee relationships and training. Last month's e-zine focused on employee relationships. This month's focus is training as a key business component to grow.
National Football League (NFL) players are in training camp and college football players are also training for the start of the season. How about your employees? Are you training them to increase and grow the number of their skills? If no, then your company will not grow.

More Wins - identify each employees' CORE training to win. Many football players train their core. Instead of relying only on their lower body or upper body they focus on their core (waist to thighs). What does this do? Training the core assists the lower body and upper body in running, tackling, throwing, and catching. What core training are your employees receiving to assist them in a New Best Level performance to win? Core training must rejuvenate and grow the mind, heart, body, and spirit. Win Baby, Win!
Growth - If you use this approach, have a consultation with your employee to identify ways your clients and prospects can benefit. Continue to make stimulating adjustments to increase employee and client retention and growth. See you take Spirit Enhancing Action to generate Spirit Enhancing Results.
