You've just hired a new employee or won a new client. Congratulations to the employer, employee, or client. So the money question is how will you earn their trust? Yes, although you've signed the contract and your policy the relationship and fun must continue to blossom.
How about when you first see them verbally telling them the following (use your words):[Name] I'm pleased you're working with us. Please inform me immediately if you have a family, personal problem or health concern because it will be good for me to help you. I know human factors are sometime uncontrollable. If you find ways we can improve our processes and systems or something is bothering you then let's discuss so we can come to an understanding. Also, we encourage people to be team oriented by being teammates and sharing intelligence so we can continue to be sought after by employees, clients, prospects, and investors. We work to make our clients and us profitable by learning, winning, growing, evolving, and prospering. [Name] will be your supervisor.
